Roger Love

Roger Love, B.A., J.D., is a human rights lawyer in based in Toronto, Ontario. He has litigated several cases regarding racial discrimination and anti-black racism before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) including JKB v. Peel (Police Services Board)Grant v. York Region District School Board and Wickham v Hong Shing Chinese Restaurant. He has also litigated cases regarding disability, mental health and sexual harassment.

In addition to his work before the HRTO, Roger has appeared before various levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada. 

In 2018, he was selected to participate in the United Nations Fellowship Programme for persons of African descent.
