Meet the Facilitator, Patricia
Patricia obtained her Yoga Teachers Training from the renowned Yoga Sanctuary. After a five year disciplined practice, she had the passion and courage to travel to Rishikesh, India and obtain her 300 hour Yoga Teachers Training, where she became a versatile instructor.
She has been teaching various styles of yoga full time for almost a decade and now certifies instructors.
Her journey of Yoga and Meditation has become her life’s work with a dedicated passion for encouraging people from all walks of life to invest in the beauty of their inner worlds.
